Polygon automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of users of Polygon's Web site(s), (2) the e-mail addresses of users that communicate with Polygon via e-mail, (3) information that users voluntarily provide when setting up an account or placing an order, such as name, street address, e-mail address, and phone number, user-specific information on what pages users access.

Polygon Creative, Inc. is the sole owner of the Zany in the City web site.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Polygon uses cookies on its site. When a user performs a search on Polygon’s search engine (if applicable), Polygon records information identifying the user or linking the user to the search performed. As necessary to provide service, Polygon does record limited information for every search request.

Payments for orders placed through Polygon are processed through PayPal, which is a secure Web site that uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. We also strive to protect the security of your personal data by securing our servers and restricting access by Polygon employees and third party suppliers to personal data.

7. Collection of Personal Data from Children
Polygon’s Web site is not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 18. Polygon does not collect or post information from children under the age of 13 ('child' or 'children'). Polygon does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use ZanyInTheCity.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Polygon encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children.
